Cloud TV Desk: Amid nationwide outrage over the cancellation of NEET-UG 2026, popular educator and YouTuber Khan Sir launched a scathing attack on the National Testing Agency (NTA). His sharp criticism over the alleged paper leak has now gone viral across social media platforms.
Mocking the examination authority, Khan Sir said, “Even a ₹10 baby diaper doesn’t leak, but the question papers of the country’s biggest examination are leaking.” The statement triggered massive reactions online, with many students echoing his frustration.
The cancellation of NEET-UG 2026 has left lakhs of students and parents anxious and uncertain about their future. In this tense atmosphere, Khan Sir openly questioned the credibility of NTA, saying, “NTA should actually stand for Never Trustable Agency.”
In an interview with India Today, Khan Sir alleged that repeated failures in conducting major examinations have exposed serious loopholes in the country’s testing system. According to him, students are paying the price for administrative negligence.
He said,
“A student spends years preparing for this examination. Many aim for scores above 650 or even 700. If the exam gets cancelled because of a paper leak, it is not just an administrative failure — it destroys a student’s dream.”
He further claimed that reports of leaked question papers had surfaced even before the examination was held in several regions. According to him, authorities should have acted sooner instead of waiting for the controversy to escalate.
Appeal to Prime Minister and Supreme Court
Khan Sir also appealed to Narendra Modi and the Supreme Court of India to intervene in the matter. He argued that merely conducting an investigation would not be enough unless structural reforms are introduced to prevent future leaks.
“The future of India’s medical education system depends on this examination. If the credibility of NEET is damaged, the entire system suffers,” he stated.
NEET-UG 2026 was conducted on May 3 across the country. However, within hours of the examination, allegations of question paper leaks and irregularities emerged from multiple states. Screenshots of alleged question papers and answer keys quickly spread across social media.
Following mounting pressure and preliminary findings, the government decided to cancel the examination. The probe has now been handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation.
Government sources indicate that over 22 lakh students have been directly affected by the cancellation. Authorities have confirmed that a re-examination will be conducted soon.
The cancellation has triggered immense stress and uncertainty among students who spent months — and in many cases years — preparing for the medical entrance examination.
Several aspirants expressed frustration online, while many demanded a complete overhaul of NTA’s functioning. Education experts have also warned that repeated controversies surrounding major competitive exams could damage India’s academic credibility globally.
What Has NTA Said?
NTA has clarified that students will not need to register again for the re-examination and no additional fee will be charged. The agency is expected to announce fresh examination dates within the next few days.
However, with no official schedule released yet, uncertainty continues to loom large over students and parents.
