Cloud TV  Desk: Indian manufacturing technology unicorn Zetwerk Manufacturing Business Limited has received regulatory approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO), marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey toward becoming a publicly listed enterprise.

The approval represents one of the final regulatory steps before the company can launch its public issue. Having received SEBI’s observation letter, Zetwerk is now expected to announce the timing, price band, and other details of its IPO based on prevailing market conditions.

Founded in 2018, Zetwerk has emerged as one of India’s fastest-growing manufacturing technology platforms. The company connects industrial customers with a large network of manufacturing partners, offering end-to-end production solutions across sectors including industrial machinery, consumer electronics, aerospace, defence, renewable energy, and infrastructure.

The company filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI in April 2026. After reviewing the documents, the capital markets regulator issued its observations, effectively allowing the company to move forward with its public listing plans.

Zetwerk’s IPO is expected to attract significant investor attention because it represents a different segment of India’s startup ecosystem. Unlike consumer internet companies, Zetwerk operates in the manufacturing technology space, benefiting from India’s “Make in India” initiative and the increasing global shift toward diversified manufacturing supply chains.

Industry experts believe the public issue could become one of the most significant startup IPOs in the manufacturing sector. The funds raised are expected to support business expansion, technology investments, international growth, and increased manufacturing capabilities.

During the same week, SEBI also approved IPO proposals from Tonbo Imaging India, Marri Retail, and Gujarat Victory Forgings, indicating continued momentum in India’s primary market.

India’s IPO market has witnessed strong activity over the past few years, with investors showing increasing interest in technology-driven companies that demonstrate sustainable business models and profitability potential. Zetwerk’s public listing is expected to strengthen confidence in India’s manufacturing startup ecosystem.

Market participants will now closely watch the company’s official IPO announcement, including the issue size, valuation, subscription dates, and listing timeline.

If successfully launched, Zetwerk’s IPO could become a landmark event for India’s manufacturing technology sector and further reinforce investor confidence in industrial innovation-driven businesses.
