Hanuman Ansh continues its remarkable theatrical run even after completing 48 days in cinemas. The spiritual drama has now reached approximately Rs 372.20 crore in worldwide gross collections and is moving closer to the Rs 400 crore milestone.

Directed and written by Vishal Chaturvedi, the film is inspired by the life and spiritual journey of Neem Karoli Baba. It draws from the book Divine Detour: That Changed My Life.

Hanuman Ansh Day 48 Box Office Collection

According to Sacnilk figures, Hanuman Ansh earned approximately Rs 4 crore net in India on Day 48.

The film was screened across around 7,358 shows that day. Its total India net collection has now reached approximately Rs 284.93 crore.

Its India gross collection stands at around Rs 336.45 crore. The film added approximately Rs 1 crore from overseas markets on Day 48, taking its cumulative overseas gross to around Rs 35.75 crore.

The worldwide gross collection now stands at approximately Rs 372.20 crore.

The film had earned around Rs 4.90 crore net in India on Day 47. Although Day 48 saw a decline, its continued performance in the seventh week remains notable.

From a Slow Start to a Major Box Office Run

Hanuman Ansh did not begin its theatrical journey with a major opening. The film reportedly collected only around Rs 10 lakh on its first day.

The first two weeks also remained relatively modest. However, the film’s fortunes changed from its third week.

It collected around Rs 10.40 crore in Week 3, followed by approximately Rs 61 crore in Week 4.

The biggest weekly jump came in Week 5, when the film collected around Rs 90.25 crore. It followed that with another Rs 80.25 crore in Week 6.

The sustained performance allowed the film to remain in theatres deep into its seventh week.

How Close Is Hanuman Ansh to Rs 400 Crore?

With a worldwide gross of approximately Rs 372.20 crore, Hanuman Ansh is now around Rs 27.80 crore away from the Rs 400 crore milestone.

The film was released in theatres on August 7, 2026. It is the first instalment of a planned trilogy and is based on material inspired by Neem Karoli Baba’s life.

Set in pre-Independence India, the story follows Lakshmi Narayan during his early years and his spiritual journey after the death of his mother.

The film stars Shobhinaw Satyaa and Chandan Anand, with Anil Rastogi, Purnima Tiwwari, Sugandha Malhotra, Bhagvandas Patel and Neha Paranjpe also part of the cast.

The key question now is whether Hanuman Ansh can maintain its momentum long enough to add the remaining Rs 27.80 crore and reach the Rs 400 crore worldwide milestone.
